There are multiple methods you can use to reserve a meeting room:

Mobile App
Web Dashboard
Robin Plugin for Google
Google Calendar

Mobile App
The mobile app is great for checking meeting room availability, reserving a room, and checking in to your reservation. It will also give you a quick notification close to the end of your reservation allowing you to quickly extend it if needed, and the resource is available. If your meeting ends early you can also end the reservation to open up he room for others to use. And finally, if you allow location services the app will automatically reserve an open room if you enter it and are there for 5 or more minutes.

To reserve a resource, open the app and tap on Office. Select Martin Hall if it is not already selected and then tap on Available now for 30 min. You can set your preferred date, time, and meeting duration, then tap on the available resource and book it.

How do I install the Robin Mobile App?

Web Dashboard
When using the web dashboard there are two methods you can utilize.

The first, office search, is useful if you have a general idea of the when but you are not sure as to the where. With this method you will click on Office, select Martin Hall (if it is not already selected), and select the day, time, and duration. After you click Find A Space the service will list all available rooms that fit your criteria. You can even specify amenities by using the dropdown under the date you selected.

The second, create event, is useful if you already know the date, time, and resource you wish to book (and already know that the resource is available). For this method you will want to click on the blue Create event button on the upper right hand corner of the page and enter the details in the event composer modal that pops up. Click Book Now to reserve the space.

Robin Plugin for Google
If you prefer to continue reserving spaces in Google Calendar we highly recommend that you utilize the Robin Plugin. When you go to create an event in Google Calendar the plugin will slide in from the right and help you find an available resource with the amenities that you need.

Google Calendar
You can use Google Calendar as you always have. The Robin service runs on top of the one Google provides and is not required.
